We request to receive the text(s) to be translated, in order to view the project as a whole and set the best possible price.
What are the delivery times?
Each project is assessed to determine the shortest possible deadline, depending on the availability of our translators. We always provide a deadline in working days.
What type of document can I send?
We prefer usable formats such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. However, if you only have PDF or other formats, we will do our best to find a solution and provide you with a suitable service.
What should I do if my request is urgent?
Don't forget to mention this when submitting your contact form; we will take it into account to find an available translator, as far as possible depending on the volume to be translated.

What type of equipment is available for rent?
Here is a list of our portable equipment available for immediate rental. For a complete setup with translation booths and control room, we need to check our stock.
How long does it take to install translation equipment?

Our portable equipment requires no installation. It is very easy to use and we provide instructions for setting it up.

For more complex installations, our technicians will assess the time required. It generally takes a minimum of two hours, but we always try to accommodate your time and location constraints.

Is technical support provided?
For our portable equipment, we offer a package with support and a package without. For booths with a control room, a technician is always present to ensure the smooth running of your event.

Are your translators recognized by the State?
Absolutely. For sworn and certified translations, we entrust the work to our colleagues accredited by the French Courts of Appeal. The translations are therefore acceptable to all legal entities.
What are the timeframes for a certified translation?
This will depend on the volume to be translated and the type of document. We always adapt the delivery to your schedule, as far as possible.
The translator you have chosen is sworn in before a foreign Court of Appeal. Is this admissible in France?
Absolutely! The documents are admissible if the translator is authorized to operate in a Member State of the European Union or a State party to the agreement on the European Economic Area or Switzerland, or in the State of residence.
How does a certified translation service work?

Once you have approved the quote, we will assign the translation to your chosen translator. You will then receive an email from us containing the translation and the original document, stamped, signed, and scanned in PDF format.

If you wish, we can send you the original stamped and signed documents by post to an address previously indicated.
